30 g carb
This is awesome for right before/after workouts. It's got good carb and protein content. You can grind up your supplements and add them in too. And if you supplement with creatine, glutamine or anything else, this is the place to add it in.
According to some muscle science, vitamin C and E are required within one hour of a tough workout in order to help prevent muscle breakdown and to add muscle building. The almond milk is a great source of vitamin E and the berry concentrate is an awesome source of vitamin C!
Add coconut milk for extra iron and protein.
Warning: Raw egg can be a risky addition due to bacteria content. Know your egg before adding it. Another option would be to have hard boiled eggs ready in the fridge. Just puree them up in your blender with everything else.
